There is a man who has a powerful weapon. An evil ninja, with a weapon like no other. His name is SHREDDER. He is "The Man With The Retro-Mutagen Gun!"

When Master Splinter takes the Turtles on a special return visit to his homeland of Japan, things quickly go wrong for gang green! Their peaceful vacation is soon ruined by Shredder and Krang's latest aggression: a Technodrome blitzkrieg of the Okinawan islands! Even the U.S. military forces are no match for the awesome power of the mobile fortress and Okinawa is quickly overrun. The diabolical duo then disrupt television broadcasts worldwide to deliver a threatening ultimatum: All the nations of earth must surrender to them within 24 hours, or be conquered one by one, starting with Japan! As the villains prepare to send a massive invasion force at Tokyo, the Turtles and Splinter seek the help of Lotus Blossom, the female ninja. She agrees to join their fight to defend Japan from evil, and the six warriors make haste for Okinawa. Little do our shell-backed heroes know that Shredder has a nasty surprise waiting for them: a re-built and improved version of his most terrifying weapon, the Retro-Mutagen Ray Generator!

Meanwhile, in New York City, notorious gangster Don Turtelli sees Krang and Shredder's proclamation and the stunning news footage of Okinawa's takeover. Realizing that a new world order has begun, Turtelli schemes to curry favor with the warlords and gain a powerful position in their evil empire. He and his gang raid the Channel 6 News building, taking April O'Neil, Vernon Fenwick, Burne Thompson, and Burne's girlfriend Tiffany hostage. The gangsters steal a plane and fly toward Okinawa with their prisoners in tow, but they barely avoid a mid-air collision with Baxter Stockman! Baxter spots April O'Neil bound and gagged inside the plane as it whizzes by and decides to follow her, hoping she will lead him to his sworn enemies, Shredder and Krang!

At the Technodrome, Don Turtelli presents his 'gifts' for the tyrannical twosome. Burne and Vernon are given as "useful propagandists" for the new world-rulers, while April and Tiffany are gifted as "queens" for Shredder and Krang. Baxter soon makes an uninvited entrance, and it's chaos in the Technodrome as the bad guys battle to repel the invading insect. Adding to their problems, Tiffany falls head-over-heels for Shredder when she learns he is the "most-turtle-hating-man" she's ever met! Shredder only wants April, but Krang gets jealous thinking Shredder's trying to steal his woman! Then they start bickering over who-likes-who in a bizarre 'love-rectangle' that threatens to turn the Technodrome into a soap opera!

In the intense final act, the excitement reaches a fever pitch when our heroes come ashore on the beaches of Okinawa and must battle their way through an army of Foot Soldiers to reach the Technodrome! Things look grim for the good guys as they are vastly outnumbered, but Baxter flies into the picture again just in time to lend a helping hand--er, four! Consumed by his hatred of Shredder and Krang, Baxter forgets his grudge against the Turtles and forms a temporary alliance with them to defeat the diabolical duo!

Will the Turtles ruin Shredder's private island fantasy, or are they doomed to go back to the pet shop? Will sparks finally fly between Leonardo and Lotus Blossom? Can Baxter win a duel against the ninja king-of-cruel? See for yourself in the thrilling climax of the wildest, most Turtle-riffic film ever, "The Man With The Retro-Mutagen Gun!"

Lyrics for the new title song:

"The Man With The Retro-Mutagen Gun"

performed by April O'Neil

He has a sinister weapon
It un-does mutations in a shot
A disgrace to the Land of the Rising Sun
The Man With The Retro-Mutagen Gun!

Stalking through a sewer sluiceway
Hunting for the Turtles' lair
In Dimension X, or this very one
The Man With The Retro-Mutagen Gun!

He's always desired, and with Krang conspired
To bend the world to his will
How can the Turtles match him, or Splinter dispatch him
With his Foot-Clan ninja skill?

One blazing shot means another poor mutant
Has come to his mutation's end
His ray device makes mutations un-done
The Man With The Retro-Mutagen Gun!

A fly thinks he...is his enemy
But he's got Krang...
Bebop, and Rocksteady! No fair!

He's always desired, and with Krang conspired
To bend the world to his will
How can the Turtles match him, or Splinter dispatch him
With his Foot-Clan ninja skill?

One blazing shot means another poor mutant,
Has come to his mutation's end
If you want to de-mutate someone
The Man With The Retro-Mutagen Gun!

Says the Turtles' days are done!
Thinks he's already won!
With his Retro-Mutagen Gun!

There's almost too many great elements in this masterpiece to mention, but I'm still gonna try. ;)

It's hard to take my eyes off April in this piece, because she's just so damn sexy! :horny: revamp Your eyes just naturally get drawn to her like a magnet because of how delicious she looks. Honestly, I can't think of a pic where she has looked any hotter than she does here. The fold-tie on her arms is very fetching and don't even get me started on DAT GAG! :happybounce: Easily one of the best OTN gags I have ever seen her drawn with. So, so nice. Her expression is just perfect too. Those angry, smoldering eyes above that big, tight gag make her look so freakin' mad! April is just too sexy when she's mad! I can almost hear her mumbling angrily at Shredder as he stands behind her with the gun, saying something that he knows will piss her off like "Ms. O'Neil, kindly get out of my way. You're blocking my shot at the Turtles." Seriously though, I could stare at her beautiful gagged face in this pic all day. Love

Tiffany also looks very hot in her bondage and also with a wonderful gag. :D Hot bimbo blondes like her should always be gagged right? It's not like she would have any profound dialogue to say! I give you an A++ on the ladies and their bondage good sir!

I love how great Turtelli and the "slave leashes" came out too. Very funny, and sexy. Love him holding his trademark tickle feather too. I like to imagine him threatening April and Tiffany with it as he drags them to Shredder. "Okay ladies, move along faster now or youse gals is gonna get da feather!"

Baxter towering over the scene in all his big fly splendor looks sharp once again. He's really growing into that Bond tux nicely now, isn't he? B-) (Cool)

The Turtles and Lotus Blossom crack me up too with how perfectly they stand-in for the martial artists on the original poster. Love Splinter replacing the little man in the boat, Burne, Vernon, and the Foot Soldiers in the Technodrome, and Shredder manning that cannon. Just such a splendid nostalgia overload seeing all these characters together again.Happy cry (Tears of joy)

And what can I say about how accurately you nailed the design on the gun? Spot-on to the one in the cartoon. I'm definitely glad we went with the 2nd version of the RMRG. It's just more visually interesting than the first version and adds to the humor of the pic.

Superb job with all the background elements, text, and logos too. Really looks tight and professional. Painter

I love this poster more than words can express. You did another tremendous job on a very challenging piece and I thank you again for all the hard work. Hope to work with you again! ;)

But when this ever-mutating world in which we live in, makes you give in & cry, say "Live & Let Fly!"

(Runner-up was "For Compound Eyes Only")

Hehe, I think that one would probably end up being "For Your Flies Only."

Ohh, April O'Neil in bondage.  I always wanted to see that - not that she wasn't tied up quite often in the original series mind you.  And how did John Steed get into this?

Haha, the guy from The Avengers tv show right? The outfits are pretty similar.

That would actually be Don Turtelli though, a minor villain from the original TMNT cartoon series who appeared in a handful of episodes. He was one of several gangsters the Turtles sometimes had to deal with when they weren't up to their shells in trouble fighting Shredder. Turtelli always carried a special feather with him that he used to tickle people and extort information from them. He actually did this to April's feet one time while she was tied to a chair and blindfolded, along with Vernon. A bit kinky for a kids' cartoon, no? :D I believe the episode is "The Case of the Hot Kimonos."

Yes - I always through the writers and artists in TMNT were having a bit too much fun.  My four-year-old son never seemed to notice, however.

Oh, were they ever! As is the case with many cartoons, if you go back and watch them again with adult eyes, you'll pick up on all sorts of things that would go right over a child's head. TMNT was no exception to this. There are plenty of scenes where April's sex appeal is really emphasized, usually through camera angles that focus in on her boobs and butt. For example, in "Leatherhead Meets the Rat King" she crawls through a sewer tunnel on her hands and knees and the camera follows her sexy ass from behind for like 3 seconds! In another early episode, April is driving the Turtle van and Splinter is in the passenger seat, looking over at April for several seconds, but not at her face. His eyes are clearly pointed down, ogling her breasts! And we all know the scene from the first episode where she is tied to the chair and Michaelangelo unties her. The whole time he's staring right at her big tits and when his hand passes over her chest to remove the ropes it deliberately looks like he is touching her boob! :D
